Pack Hero wants its customers to check their parcels immediately after receiving them. It should be done to make sure if the parcel has any kind of damage. Customers should take clear images of the product and inform the local courier through which the parcel was delivered. If the consignment is in excellent condition, you are okay to go with it. But if you do not inform the company in the time frame provided, the refund policy is not applicable.
We offer three business days to claim your refund policy. After that, we either provide a refund or reorder the boxes. Pack Hero offers a refund time of 25 days from the day the refund policy is approved and proceeded. If you do not let us know in three days, you have to pay the total price of the boxes to get printed; a whole new order. Return policies are applied only when:

Pack Hero is only responsible for the delays that are at the production site. We do not account for the delays that are not in our control:
